University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS)

The University of Technology and Applied Sciences (Higher College of Technology) is a public university with 13 different colleges spread over the different parts of the Sultanate of Oman. UTAS is considered as the second largest higher education institution in Oman.

The University of Technology and Applied Sciences offers various programmes: Applied Sciences, Business Studies, Fashion Design, Engineering, Information Technology, Photography and Pharmacy.

UTAS’ mission is to provide high quality learning, training and research environment towards developing technological, innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities to meet the ever evolving social and economic needs.
